Summary
If you require vmGuardian support, the following information is needed. In addition, provide a specific explanation of the issue (a reproduction procedure and error message).
-Serial Number
Provide the serial number that is listed on the license instrument.
-Support Information
Provide us the support information generated using the following procedure.
1.Click on the Support button displayed on the vmGuardian Web console.
(Click on the logo of vmGuardian to about the old version .)
2.Click on the [Generate support information] button.
3.Read the notice and click the [Generate] button.
4.Click the [Download] button.
The following file is output to the download folder in browser.
“supportlog_<date-time>.pak
or
“supportlog_<date-time>.vmglogs”
