1. Click on the Support button displayed on the vmGuardian Web console.
(Click on the logo of vmGuardian to learn about the older version .)
2. Click on the [Generate support information] button.
3. Read the notice and click the [Generate] button.
4. Click the [Download] button.
The file will be downloaded to your browser's download folder.
