Symptoms

During a cold backup of the Linux file system, the progress of the backup task (%) stopping has been confirmed.

Cause

AIP version 3.0, is due to the specification change of smart sector processing.

Workaround

Enable in [Advanced..] – [Include free space in image], from the Image Options screen of the Backup Wizard.
Does not occur in AIP version 2.7.
