Summary
Occasionally, this screen may appear during Windows startup.
Cause
This behavior involves AIP (ActiveImage Protector) through AipCoreUI.exe. We are currently investigating the situation.
Workaround
If you are not using the “Enable Image On Shutdown”:
1) Start Windows Task Manager.
2) Go to the Processes tab and close the AipCoreUI.exe process (in a 64-bit environment, it appears as AipCoreUI.exe * 32) by selecting it from the image name.
3) Delete the AipCoreUI.exe located in the AIP installation path.
* AipCoreUI.exe is designed for use only when "Enable Image On Shutdown" is activated, and it has no impact on scheduled backups.
* The "for Hyper-V with ReZoom" feature does not function as intended. The problem might be due to AIPCoreUI.exe running during Windows startup.
If you enable "Enable Image On Shutdown":
1) Start Windows Task Manager.
2) Open the Processes tab. Exit the process of AipCoreUI.exe (64-bit environment is a AipCoreUI.exe * 32) from the image name.
3) Run the AipCoreUI.exe that is on the AIP installation path.
