Email notifications do not function if backup tasks are performed by the command

Summary

The backup tasks performed by the command does not work E-mail notification function.
It's in the specifications.

Workaround

Result of backup task executed by using command, the following return value is output.
If you need to notify via E-Mail, use a third party management tool to send E-Mail by the return value.
