Symptom

Backup fails when upgraded to Windows 10 Anniversary Update.

Cause

This symptom occurs by the change of specifications of the Windows10 anniversary update.

Workaround

Uuninstall AIP 2016 before upgrading to Windows 10 Anniversary Update.
Install AIP2016 after upgrading.
If you upgraded to Windows 10 Anniversary Update, please reinstall AIP2016.

* Please restart the OS after Uninstall or Install”.
