Specific folders cannot be displayed by "File Recovery" operation

Symptom

The file may not be displayed in the step of selecting the file recovery in “File Recovery” operation.

① The occasion in which a file targeted for recovery cannot be displayed.

Cause

In the file recovery operation, the image is mounted in a special method.
Thus cannot be displayed if the NTFS permissions of the folder do not have administrators group full control.

Workarounds

Please try one of the following methods.

1) Mount the image and copy the folder or file.

2) Double click on the image file and copy the folder or file.

3) Grant the permission of the administrators group to the folder.
