Rebooting is requested when "Modify" is done with the AIP2018SP2 installer or earlier

Summary

With the AIP2018SP2 installer or earlier, the “Modify” of the installer does not function correctly.
Therefore, reboot is invoked even if additional components that do not require rebooting are installed.

Cause

It is a known issue.
It has been fixed in AIP2018SP2.
