Summary
If the AIP Service is registered with an account other than the local system, the Mount Image function does not work.
For example, in the event that X: drive is specified for Mount Image, the following message dialog is displayed for the drive letter.
“Path X: does not exist or is not a directory. [OK].”
The above drive becomes busy. Unmount is allowed, however, because the specified drive is not displayed in Windows Explorer, the mounted image cannot be restored.
Workaround
Register AIP Service under local system account and restart AIP Service.
