Resolution
1) Open the AIP install folder.
e.g. C:Program Files (x86)ActiveImage Protector Server
2) Open AIP.ini in text editor.
3) Change the following options.
ApplicationLog=0 —> 1
4) Open the Services from the Administrative Tools, and then restart the “ActiveImage Protector Service”.
Failure of a backup and cancel are the settings which are always recorded by default.
