Event ID 136 NTFS warning might be logged after restore.

Symptoms

The following message might be recorded every time during system startup after the restore.

 Source: Ntfs
 Event ID: 136
 Level: Warning
 Description:The default transaction resource manager on volume C: encountered an error while starting and its metadata was reset. The data contains the error code.

Resolution

Enter the following command at a command prompt as an administrator, and reboot the system.

 fsutil resource setautoreset true c:

When another volume is recorded in the event log, please specify the volume name for the last argument of the fsutil command.
