AIP GUI cannot be started after Oracle12cR2 is installed

Symptom

After installing Oracle12cR2, the following error occurs and the AIP GUI cannot be started.

[ The program can not be started because the computer does not have MSVCP 120. dll.]

Cause

When installing Oracle12cR2, the Visual C++ 2013 redistributable package(x86) will be uninstalled.
Thus, the GUI cannot be started.

This also only occurs with Visual C ++ 2013 redistributable package 12.0.30501 (x64).
This will also occur with other software using this version of Visual C ++ 2013 redistributable package.

Workaround

Please execute vcredist_x86.exe in the AIP installation path to reinstall.
