The AIP GUI fails to start after installing Oracle12cR2

Symptom

After installing Oracle12cR2, an error occurs stating that MSVCP120.dll is missing, preventing the AIP GUI from starting. 

Cause

When installing Oracle12cR2, the Visual C++ 2013 redistributable package (x86) gets removed, causing the GUI to fail to start. This issue also arises with the Visual C++ 2013 redistributable package version 12.0.30501 (x64), affecting other software utilizing this version.

Workaround

Please run vcredist_x86.exe from the AIP installation directory to reinstall.
