The deduplication drive in Windows Server 2012 has changed to a RAW format

Summary

The "Windows Deduplication Drive Backup" feature added by AIP2018SP1M1 doesn't function properly on Windows Server 2012. If you back up the "Windows deduplication drive" in Windows Server 2012, it turns into RAW format. This feature works well on Windows Server 2012R2/2016.

Cause

There's a bug in the added dll, making it unable to recognize the Windows Deduplication Drive during backup.

Resolution

The solution for this issue will be included in the upcoming release. Meanwhile, if you wish to back up the "Windows deduplication drive" on Windows Server 2012, please replace the attached dll in the installation path.
