Causes
If the save destination is a USB HDD, there could be two potential causes:
1) The USB HDD might be malfunctioning.
2) If this error occurs during Shutdown backup or logoff, it might be blocked by device control software. Check the device control software.

Workaround
1) Unplug the USB HDD from the PC, turn off the USB HDD, turn it on, and restart the USB HDD.
2) Disable USB control on the device control software.
