When including the upper case alphabet charaters in the image file name, replication does not work correctly

Summary

When including the upper case alphabet characters in the image file name, replication does not work correctly.

Cause

This is a known bug/defect.

Causes the following symptoms.

1) If [Split image file] option is enabled, split file (. CHUNK) is not created in the replication target.
2) [If an image file is deleted by AIP, delete the same image file on this replication target] or [Always keep this target same as source] option is enabled, the image file is not deleted at the replication target.

Resolution

Steps:
1) Open the [profiles] folder located in the installation folder of this program.
2) Open <schedule name>.ini file.
3) Edit the following and overwrite to save it. To create incremental backup files, edit the following in <schedule name>INC.ini file as well.

e.g.
Before:
[Main]
; Name of image file
ImageFileName=TEST_schedule.aiv

After：
[Main]
; Name of image file
ImageFileName=test_schedule.aiv

4) If the image files are not automatically deleted, delete the image files manually.

This bug was resolved in ActiveImage Protector 3.5 SP3(3.5.5.1105).
