Summary

“Failed to create working folder” is displayed during WinPE creation with DeployUSB.

Cause

The Windows PE add-on tool is separate from ADK1809.
This issue occurs when the Windows PE add-on tool is not installed.

Please download Windows PE add-on for the ADK from the following link and install it.
