The shutdown backup on Windows 10 1903 does not display the status screen

Summary

The status screen doesn't appear when performing shutdown backup on Windows 10 1903, making it impossible to cancel the backup.

Cause

Msgbox cannot be displayed when the script that shows Msgbox is run by the shutdown script of group policy.

Workaround

AIP2018 Update (Ver. 5.1.5.5691) now shows the status screen with static images.
