Fail to quiesce a guest file system with a specific environment and VMware tool version.

Summary

In an environment that satisfies the following conditions, quiescing a guest file system may be failed.
Backup with HyperAgent fails because a VMware snapshot cannot be created.

– Windows Server 2008 or later
– ActiveImage Protector 2018 SP3 - 2018 update6 and a incremental schedule task ran more than once.
– VMware Tools is 10.1.x or later

Workaround

Operate ActiveImage Protector with full backup only or update to VMware tools 11.0.0 or later.
