Immediately after starting backup, it may end with error -858993460

Summary

Right when the backup begins, it can end with an error, and the task log might show this error:

Failed to shake hands with service, err -571 Level = ERROR [10053]

This happens when the AIPService tries to call the AIPCopy process but encounters communication issues.

Cause

This is a known issue.

Workaround

Please update to AIP2018 Update 6.
