The backup is waiting to be done, but the scheduled time for the backup isn't functioning correctly

Summary

The last scheduled backup had a problem finishing, and the next backup is now pending. Because of this, any future scheduled backups won't be possible until the issue is resolved. 

Cause

This is a known issue.

Workaround

Please update to AIP2018 Update 6.
