Outlook offline file (.ost) is not backed up

Summary

By default, Outlook offline file (.ost) is excluded from VSS-enabled snapshot.
Therefore, full backup using ActiveImage Protector 2018 does not create (.ost) file in the backup image file.

Workaround

Please delete the following value by using registry editor.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\BackupRestore\FilesNotToSnapshot\OutlookOST

* Deleting the registry setting of the file excluded from VSS enables backing up. The setting may be changed at the sole risk of the customer.
