Causes

This is caused by an issue with a sector in the USB memory.

Workaround

Follow these steps to check for problems in USB memory sectors and rebuild the boot environment:

1)  Delete partitions, format the USB, and check for issue resolution. If creating a partition or a driver letter fails on Windows, perform physical formatting using a third-party tool downloadable from [provide the site link]. Running “ERASE TEST” from the tool on the target device may fix the issue.

2)  If Step 1 doesn't solve the problem, try using another USB.
