AipService error is recorded in Event Log when shutting down OS

Symptoms

The following errors are recorded in System Event Log when shutting down OS.
However, the occurrence of this error does not cause any problem on OS or AIP.

Description:
ActiveImage Protector Service was not properly shut down after receiving pre-shutdown control.

Causes

This is a known issue of ActiveImage Protector 2018 update 7.

Workaround

Please apply patch version 20.12.24.12 which includes a fix of this issue.
