Restoring backup images created using AIP2018 Update (5.1.4.5634) might not succeed

Summary

Starting from AIP2018 Update (5.1.4.5634), backup images are given the read attribute to enhance protection against ransomware attacks. As a result, restoration may encounter issues.

Cause

This is a known issue.

Workaround

Please remove the read attribute by unchecking it in the image file properties in Windows Explorer.
