Shutdown backup does not work on Windows 10 Home

Summary

If you perform a shutdown backup on Windows 10 Home, you cannot proceed from the shutdown backup screen.

Cause

This is a known issue.

Resolution

AIP2018Update – Update6 does not work due to a known bug.
Please disable the setting of [Event backup].
