Cause

Boot Environment (Windows PE-based) builder is enhanced in the method in ActiveImage Protector 2018 update 7 patch version 20.12.24.12 or later.
This is a known issue caused by this specification change.

Workaround

Uninstall vStandby AIP or try building AIP boot environment in the environment where vStandby AIP is not installed.
