If you select a USB-connected RDX as the destination and then restart Windows, a backup task might fail

Summary

If you choose a USB-connected storage device as the destination in ActiveImage Protector's backup schedule settings, it records the UUID information of the device. However, when you restart Windows, the UUID may change to a different number, potentially causing the backup task to fail.

Workaround

In the GUI, go to Preference and check the checkbox under General settings that says "Multiple USB device destinations in one profile."
