After changing password for domain administrator, when changing the credential information for ActiveVisor, authentication error occurred.

Summary

Normally when changing the password for domain administrator, you need to change the credential information for Active Directory by selecting ActiveVisor GUI –[Preference]–[Site Configuration].
However, even when credential information is correctly entered, authentication error occurs when operating ActiveVisor.

Causes

This is a known issue.

Workaround

Please restart [ActiveVisor Service] from Windows service list.
This problem will be fixed in the next release.
