After updating the domain administrator password, an authentication error occurred when changing the credentials for ActiveVisor

Summary

Usually, when you change the domain administrator password, you should also update the credential information for Active Directory in ActiveVisor GUI under [Preference] - [Site Configuration]. However, even with the correct information, an authentication error may occur when using ActiveVisor.

Causes

This is a known issue.

Workaround

Restart the [ActiveVisor Service] from the Windows service list to resolve this issue.

The problem will be addressed in the next release.
