Summary
Enabling "Prepend host name to image file name" in [Preference] > [General] > [Backup Option], and changing the hostname, prevents the post-backup process from running.
Workaround
Follow these steps to ensure the post-backup process runs smoothly:
Operating Procedures
1) Modify the schedule settings and open the post-backup process configuration window.
2) In the working agent list box, update the old hostname to "this host" and finish editing the schedule settings. If adjusting BootCheck settings for the post-backup process, create a new schedule.
3) The post-backup process occurs after completing a full backup task.
You need to manually delete the backup image file created before changing the hostname because it won't be deleted automatically.
