When changing the password for administrator account of hypervisor (host machine), a scheduled backup task terminates with End Code -621 error.
This error occurs due to the issue that the password of administrator account configured for the scheduled backup task remains as the state prior to the password change, therefore, hypervisor was not accessible.
When changing the password for administrator account of hypervisor, please take the following workaround.
1)Go to [Preference] → [HyperAgent] → [Hypervisor] and delete the host which you changed the passowrd for administrator accout.
2)Click [Add Hypervisor] and add a new hypervisor.
3)Select [Dashboard] → [Schedule] tab and delete the schedule.
4)Select [Dashboard] → [HyperAgent] → [Create Backup Schedule] and create a schedule.
