When SetupISCSI.exe is not installed, building boot environment fails

Summary

When iSCSI Server module (SetupISCSI.exe) is not installed, the following error occurs and building boot environment fails.

Copying the installed ActiveImage Protector module in Windows PE folder failed.

Workaround

Run and install SetupISCSI.exe located in ActiveImage Protector install path.
