Recommended options for handling increased backup image file sizes

Summary

If the backup image file size unexpectedly increases, check the VSS Setting in [Advanced Options] under Backup Destination Storage settings.

By default, [pagefile], [hiberfile], [System Volume Information] are excluded from the backup source. If you uncheck these items, they will be included in the backup source, leading to an increase in the backup file size.
