Booting Windows RE-based boot environment by using ISO boot media fails

Summary

When creating ISO image of boot environment using Windows RE, the boot mode of the created boot environment is the same as the system on which the boot environment is created.
Therefore, the ISO image of boot environment created in uEFI environment does not support BIOS environment to boot.
