Performance of File Backup Feature

Summary

File Backup, fast in comparison with Volume Backup, is unfitted for backing up high-volume files / folders.
You are recommended to use Volume Backup feature for backing up high-volume files / folders.
The test results comparing the performance of Volume Backup and File Backup are shown below.

Test Environment： AIP2022 Windows Server: 2019 File Size: 6.67 TB Total number of files: 42000 thousand Totatl number of folders: 5700 thousand  ・File Backup Full Backcup: About 32 hours Incremental Backup: About 4 hours (3 byte data written in text file) ・Volume Backup Full Backcup: About 21 hours Incremental Backup: About 5 minutes (3 byte data written in text file)
