AIP installation fails in environments with existing Trend Micro Internet Security (Virus Buster)

Summary

In environments with existing Virus Buster, the installation of ActiveImage Protector 2022 fails. Even though the Installer window shows a "[Installation completed]" message, the installation has not actually completed.

Workaround

Temporarily disable the real-time scan of Virus Buster or uninstall Virus Buster before installing ActiveImage Protector 2022.

Fixed in version 7.0.0.8643.
