Notes on building boot a environment on DVD media

Summary

When building the boot environment on a DVD media, ensure that the DVD media is not formatted.

For used DVD+RW, DVD-RW (rewritable media) only:
1)  Open Explorer, right-click the drive, and select [Erase this disk]. 

2)  After erasing, the DVD can be used.

Note:  Blu-ray Disk is currently not supported.
