After changing TEMP environment variable, patch is not normally applied.

Summary

After changing the value defined for TEMP/TMP system environment variables and applying patch, due to insufficient binary, GUI failed to launch.

Causes

This is a known issue with the installer.

Workaround

Change the system environment variable to the default value and apply patch.
