Notes on the use of LTO tape / RDX media

Summery

When directing backups to LTO tape / RDX media, but if the media is not recognized, the following error is recorded in "aip.log".

09 / 14/ 2022 04:25:16.744 0 PrepareTape TAPE0 failed 1112 Level = ERROR [ 1112 ]

ERROR [ 1112 ] refers to "Windows System Error" and means [ No media in drive ].

Workaround

When you get the above error, please insert the cartridge into LTO tape / RDX media.
When the cartridge is inserted, please make sure that the media is indicated for the backup destination on ActiveImage Protector console and run the backup task.
