File Recovery task by using the backup image created by enabling [Backup by disk] option

Summary

While running File Recovery task, you may get the following error.

[The recovery point you selected is currently mounted.]

This error occurs when more than two disks are installed and [Advanced Setting] - [Split image into xx MB files] option is enabled.

Workaround

Please recreate a File Recovery task and uncheck the [Split image into xx MB files] option.
