Reissuing license / bundle file

Summary

Due to the following reasons, when getting any authentication problem, please use the following operating procedures.

In case that you failed in sending license / bundle file via E-Mail or that you happened to close the browser of license application form before sending the E-Mail.

When you failed in sending license / bundle file via E-Mail, the bundling information is retained on the activation server.
By using the generated license issue URL, please take the procedures by using the license file authentication form.

Operating Procedures
1) Please access the license issue URL via browser and make sure that the linked license information is retained and selected.
2) Without changing the number of licenses (you can add if necessary), bundle and E-Mail the license information to create the bundle file.
3) Please apply the created license / bundle file.

In case that the license / bundle file is unlocked but you have lost the copy of the recovery code.

If you lost the recovery code and are unable to unlock the license / bundle file, please use the following operating procedures, create license / bundle file again and apply.

Operating Procedures
1) Please generate the license issue URL again in the environment where the license / bundle file was created and applied.
2) Please access the license issue URL via browser, and make sure that the linked license information is retained and selected.
3) Without changing the number of licenses (you can add if necessary), bundle and E-mail the license information to create the bundle file.
4) Please apply the created license / bundle file.
