Summary

If you encounter authentication issues, follow these steps:

1) If you fail to send the license/bundle file via email or accidentally close the license application form, the bundling information remains on the activation server.

2)  Utilize the generated license issue URL and proceed with the authentication using the license file authentication form.

Operating Procedures

1)  Open the license issue URL in your browser and confirm the linked license information is selected.

2)  Bundle the license information without changing the number (add if needed), then email the created bundle file.

3)  Apply the generated license/bundle file.

If you've lost the recovery code and can't unlock the license/bundle file, follow these steps: recreate the license/bundle file using the provided procedures and apply it again.

Procedure:

1)  Generate the license issue URL in the same environment where the license/bundle file was initially created and applied.

2)  Open the license issue URL in your browser, ensuring the linked license information is retained and selected.

3)  Bundle the license information (add if needed), and email to create the bundle file.

4)  Apply the created license/bundle file.
