When using Remote Management, HyperAgent items are not displayed in dashboard.

Summary

When using Remote Management in ActiveImage Protector that provides HyperAgent and the following condition is met, the HyperAgent items are not displayed in dashboard.

Conditions
1) ActiveImage Protector is installed with Virtual guest key, etc., that does not provide HyperAgent feature.
2) The remote computer is connected via remote console.

Workaround

Please obtain Virtual host key or trial version of Server Edition and install ActiveImage Protector by using the key.

＊The trial version is valid for 30 days after installation.
