Due to the specifications of ActiveVisor, management / operation of the PC is disabled when applying the product key of which support term has expired.
When activated over internet, when support contract is renewed, the information is updated subsequently to regular authentication, management / operation of the client is enabled.
When activated offline, after renewal of support contract, please use the following operating procedures.
1) Refer to Product Deactivation Quick Start Guide and deactivate the license file or bundle file.
2) Please create a license file or a bundle file.
3) Please apply the created file to a ActiveImage Protector (AIP) client or AAS.
4) Right-click on a managed PC in ActiveVisor's Managed window, select [Update all] and update the information.
How to check the support term
Double-click on "AipControl.exe" in AIP install path. Run "licensecheck".
