Hypervisor is not detected and activation fails

Summary

When the following condition is satisfied, activation of ActiveImage Protector installed with a virtual guest key may fail.

Conditions
1) Windows OS is installed on virtual machine by using OEM media.
2) Two or more NICs are mounted and the first NIC is disabled.

Causes

When installing AIP on a guest machine by using OEM media, the information of MAC address of the guest machine's NIC is referenced.
However, when multiple NICs are mounted and if the first NIC is disabled, the MAC address information of the first NIC only was referenced.

Workaround

Please enable the first NIC.
