In an off-line network environment, the license management fails in error as follows:.

1) When entering a valid key you purchased in License Management window, "License Error" is indicated in the text box of Description column and the key registration fails.
2) When selecting [Deploy] in Create USB Media window and proceeding with the subsequent procedures after selecting the registered key in the list box, you will get an error message.
