Double-clicking a folder in the right pane of [File Backup] results in "Waiting for response"

Summary

After choosing a volume or folder in the [1. Source] window, double-clicking a folder in the right pane triggers a "waiting for response" message.

Causes

This is a known issue.

Workaround

Clicking a button in the left menu cancels the "waiting for response" status. Before double-clicking a folder in the right pane of [File Backup], expand the folder tree in the left pane.
