During HyperBack incremental process, HyperBack task stops

Summary

We identified the symptom that the following error is recorded and HyperBack incremental process stopped.

Causes

With AIP2018, HyperBack incremental process included internal process for minimizing incremental data and the above error may occur during the process.
When the process is forcefully terminated, the subsequent process may be terminated with the same error or the task may fail in VM snapshot creation error -630.
Since this process is excluded with AIP2022, you do not get this error.

Workaround

Please use one of the following workaround.

1) When using AIP2018, please edit "aip.ini" in install path and add the following parameter.

[aipcopy]
ha_inc_backup_ignore_dup_data=0

2) Upgrade to AIP2022
