When Windows reboots with NFS mounted folder, uninstallation of ActiveImage Protector fails

Summary

When new NFS share is created on image target server and Windows reboots without unmounting NFS share, uninstallation of ActiveImage Protector fails.

Workaround

Please use the following operating procedures.

1) Launch AIP console and unmount the existing target in Image Target Server window.

2) Select AIP install path in Windows Explorer.

The previously mounted nfs folder exists in the following configuration.

ImageTargetServer\host name-time stamp\
ImageTargetServer\host name-time stamp\AIXFile
ImageTargetServer\host name-time stamp\VDisk

First, please manually delete [ VDisk ] folder.
Next, delete[ host name-time stamp ] folder.
*If not delete the folders in this order, the files under VDisk cannot be deleted.

After the above operation, ImageTargetServer folder is empty and uninstallation of AIP is allowed.
If ImageTargetServer folder is not empty, uninstallation of AIP fails.
